Does the autopilot on the Aero Commander 680 v 19 control height as well as heading?

Hi Warren
To my knolage, it should hold your (pitch) attitude rather then your hight. For exemple, if you're climbimg out at, say, 500fpm and activate the attitude hold, it will keep that pitch until you deactivate it. So when you reach your desired cruise altitude, you have to level out manualy and then reactivate the attitude hold.
At least, that's what the panel I have does...
