Gents,

I have a weird issue going on lately with my standard p3d ground textures. I do have ORBX installed for NA/SA and Europe, but NOT in the area I'm seeing this issue. Including a screenshot. Seem to have a certain texture that is remaining at daytime lighting. I've googled but don't seem to find anyone with this same issue. Most people reported similar issues but they were tied into add-on scenery. This is not an area I have any add ons.

Any ideas what I could do to fix or what might be causing it? Could it be that I need to adjust my order of sceneries in the add on scenery menu?

Wow Jim, that is really weird.  I've not experienced that myself (and hope not to).  You might try adding it to the Orbx forum support board to see if you get any ideas, although I've found Orbx to be less responsive in recent times, as I think they might have "too much on their plate" to keep "all the balls in the air" if I might mix metaphors.  Sorry I can't be more help.

thanks for your help. i actually think it has something to do with p3d v4 4.2 update and/or my other orbx scenery. I read even some fly tampa scenery can cause similar issue. I now notice I have the flip side problem with daytime textures.
The weird thing is, in this particular area (screenshot below), im 1000+  miles from the nearest orbx or payware scenery. This is why I thought maybe it has to do with 4.2 update....?....

update- fixed the issue by going to FTX global settings and selecting "force a re-migration of you unified iclookup"

whatever that does, it fixed the texture problem. Seems others had same issue after 4.2 update
