How to get Promoted with Grand Pay and Bonus?

Thanks Mike, I'll have to look into replacing that option somewhere. I don't know how that was left out because I don't think I changed any of the original pages where that would have been located. I pretty much just altered the existing code so that it would work with the current PHP/MYSQL platforms.

Now that I think of it, there was a way to do it from the pilot listing in the Pilot's Office. I don't know why it disappeared. I'll have to look into that. I also note that it's not a field searchable in VAHQ either.
