				Pilots:
I have created a new category and added one new flight option. This includes a video of a GA aircraft accident case study along with a flight plan for pilot's to fly.
This is located under Bush Ops from the Main Menu -> Crash Investigation.
Happy flying,
John

Great flight over some challenging terrain. If there is an actual "crash site" along the flight path of course XP-12 does not show it.Next flight I'll fly it online with our personal flt code.

				Smitty,
These flights don't have "crash sites" to locate on the ground like my FSX Adventure Packs did. They just give background on these accident flights and allow pilots to fly the flight plans with hopefully better results.
In this first case, it's clear that it's not a wise idea to scud run this flight as the pilot did, although I might try it again as an IFR plan. I suggested using VFR conditions because the terrain is nice to fly and using non-gps navigation and landmarks can make for a challenging flight.

				Good morning,
I flew the high wing 208 and tried to replicate the WX conditions....the flight reminded me of flying around South Florida afternoon thunderstorms and/or pop up scud lines over the Everglades. Kind of glad they aren't SAR flights....flying a grid for hours and hours isn't exactly fun. You're right, this guy was asking for trouble. Barely had VFR minimums, only a little over 200 hours PIC and probably not in the Cirrus. Had little if any real time IFR and wife a kids as passengers....no pressure there.
Great idea. Looking forward to the next one.
