How "delete" PIREP error

How "delete" PIREP error was created by BillMan4
I seem to have filed the same PIREP (900018) three times<img src="tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-icon_confused.gif" alt="icon_confused"> Each time I logged the PIREP and hit send it would indicate PIREP as posted but page would freeze and I could not do anything further...so I would log out and back in...on the second try it ended up getting logged off completely...I logged back in, filed the PIREP again and this time it didn't lock up. Then I checked my logbook it showed the PIREP had been entered 3 times, which was not my intention<img src="tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-doh.gif" alt="doh"> So I am not sure how to delete 2 of the 3 PIREPS....My pilot ID is 697. Any assistance would be appreciated<img src="tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-clap.gif" alt="clap"> Also appears my signature is not posting...

I've tried to delete your redundant log book entries However, the difficulties we are currently having with our website is apparently preventing that. Don't worry, this isn't a big deal. We'll get it fixed when we get the website problem solved.

I've corrected VAHQ access for managers and deleted the two extra pireps for Bill.
