Well, he's done it again. Like clockwork, James Dobratz has crossed the 200 hour level and been promoted to Capt. How's this for consistency:
1) 30 Hrs to CC in 26 days (1.15 Hrs/day)
2) 30 Hrs to 2nd Ofc. in 21 days (1.42 Hrs/day)
3) 40 Hrs to 1st Ofc. in 37 days (1.08 Hrs/day)
4) 100 Hrs to capt. in 88 days (1.13 Hrs/day)
Please join me in congratulating James and in expressing awe at this level of commitment to simming and to our VA. How about an "office pool" on when he's going to make Sr. Capt.
