Snowy flight from KMSP to KDLH

Sitting at the Pilot's Pub enjoying a Merlot on a snowy night in Duluth after just arriving.  Okay...yep, a bit of a hard landing, but it was just 5.97 fpm over the acceptable limit, so not too worried about getting in trouble about it.  After all, it was snowing like crazy on a nighttime approach to a fairly small airport.  Also, the old Aerosoft CRJ550 most often than not seems to misalign with the runway, forcing me to make a last minute lineup with the runway - which I did tonight,  Apparently the passengers were afraid because of the hard landing.   ...they should have seen my hands shaking as I brought them down onto that snowy runway,
